Uncle Bo's Pupu Bar & Grill - The Perfect Spot for Pau Hana with Pals

A bunch of friends recently gathered at Uncle Bo's Pupu Bar & Grill - a place many gather for pau hana (after work) drinks and pupus (appetizers).

Thai-Style Steamer Clams

Veggie Quesadilla

Ahi Poke
Bo's Big Nachos

Fried Ice Cream

The menu is very extensive, so there's something for everyone - seafood, vegetarian dishes, chicken, salads, and more.

In addition to the above, our table ordered a lot more items that I didn't get a chance to take a picture of, such as the Spinach Salad, Spinach Artichoke Crab Dip, Seafood Ceviche and Boca Rota.

Of the pupus we ordered, my favorite was the Nachos - crispy won ton chips loaded with toppings like ham, kalua pig, cheese, and onions.

Of the two desserts we ordered, my favorite was the HoBos (taro beignets). It was delicious!

Uncle Bo's is a great place to hang out with friends for some drinks and pupus.
